PTA Board Positions will open for school year 2025/2027:

Secretary (2-Year Term)

Help keep our PTA organized and informed. As Secretary, you’ll take minutes at meetings, manage important documents, and help share key updates with our members. You’ll also prepare flyers, handouts, and other materials to help promote PTA news and events. You’ll attend PTA events and lend a hand wherever it’s needed to support the team. 

Treasurer (2-Year Term)

If you're detail-oriented and finance-savvy, this role is for you! As Treasurer, you’ll manage the PTA’s budget, track income and expenses, prepare monthly reports, and handle tax filings. You’ll be the go-to for all things financial.  Our board works as a team, and you'll always have support from fellow members. 

Vice President (2-Year Term)

Support, organize, and step in where needed, the Vice President works closely with the President to help keep everything running behind the scenes. Whether it's assisting with events, offering ideas, or covering when needed, this role touches many aspects of the PTA. It’s a great opportunity to stay involved in all that we do while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. 

Tricky Tray Chairperson

As the Tricky Tray Chair, you’ll lead one of our biggest and most exciting fundraisers of the year! With the help of your team, you’ll collect donations, build amazing prize baskets, and organize the event logistics that make it a community favorite.

General Fundraising Chairperson

Have a creative flair for fundraising? As the Fundraising Chair, you’ll help develop fun and engaging ways to raise money. We're looking for an event for PreK through 2nd grade to help supplement class funds.

Sixth Grade Chairperson

Make our 6th graders’ final year at Mansfield one to remember! You’ll coordinate fundraisers, help plan class trips, and organize graduation festivities. It’s a meaningful way to celebrate this important milestone with students and families.

Social Media Chairperson

Love to post, snap, and share? As the Social Media Chair, you’ll help manage the PTA’s online presence highlighting events, sharing reminders, and keeping families informed and connected through Facebook and Instagram.

Scholarships Chairperson

Make a lasting impact by helping award scholarships to graduating seniors who once walked Mansfield’s halls. As the Scholarships Chair, you’ll help review applications and celebrate the next generation of graduates.

Spike the Mascot Chairperson

Keep the dragon spirit alive! As the Spike the Mascot Chair, you’ll coordinate fun appearances by our beloved mascot at school events adding a touch of surprise and a whole lot of excitement for the kids.
